Bamboo Lagoon Backwater Front Resort Alappuzha, Alappuzha

My stay at the resort was wonderful, filled with great hospitality and delicious food. The staff, especially Vimal, made us feel welcomed and attended to all our needs. The only downside was the cleanliness of the backwater channel leading to the resort, which could use some attention. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience.

My stay at this resort was a delightful surprise! The boat ride to our accommodation was such a unique experience, and the surroundings were charming with lovely spots to relax and watch the river flow. The room was a bit worn, but it was decent for the price. The South Indian breakfast was hearty and flavorful. I think a little sign at the reception about the boat arrangement would help future guests avoid confusion.

Even though we couldn't stay due to personal reasons, I was really impressed by the understanding and accommodating nature of the staff during our booking change. Their responsiveness and generosity made me feel valued as a customer. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Bamboo Lagoon for their excellent customer service, and I can’t wait for the opportunity to visit in the future.
